Changing this review until they fix the problem, then we will see. Very upset!
I have had an issue for some time now. I was reimbursed for each time it occurs but I shouldnt have to go through this in the first place and when I did go through it the first time: a) it could have been addressed faster b) it should be fixed by now. I have had an issue with buying things off the app. I purchase it, it goes through the steps via iTunes and then I do not get the item in the game. I use to be able to purchase items and I spent a very good amount of money on this app. I have missed out on capturing digimon such as Gizmon: x-terminator because as I was fighting, I used up continues I owned and free ones from watching apps and when it came to continuing the battle by buying a continue I lose the progress Ive obtained because the game does not let me continue. I have also purchased coin bundles and had to email someone to be reimbursed. This is very upsetting and stressful. I cannot believe that, after all this time, no one has fixed my issue. I do not want to give up on this game/app but I also shouldnt have to put this much effort into something that I am putting money in to.
